I like to address my delivery and my delivery drivers and how they were. They were extremely excellent and pleasant to talk to charles and T the get it done crew they came in guns blazing me being me a host I offered refreshments to them but they were about business and got it in and out together with 0 zero issues. I would gladly get something from bons again just because of they delivery skills!!! Kudos gentlemen

Let’s start with the fact that I have never had a good experience with a furniture purchase or company in the past- I always feel pressured and like they are just there for the sale not for the help. This was the exact opposite of that! Bob’s came through for us! We knew what we were looking for but still wanted to look around. John approached us at the door and told us to look around and yell for him when we were ready. We were given time to explore and when we had questions, John helped- he didn’t follow us around and try to be salesy! He gave us great advice and worked out the details how we wanted them for what we all thought would work best in our home. He genuinely made us feel like he cared. When we made decisions we were able to take advantage to a few different payment options making financing very easy. Brittney helped with that- she was super nice and explained how everything works. Our delivery date is set for next week, but so far this was the best furniture purchase experience I have ever had! We will go back and ask for John!

First time coming to Bob’s furniture and Ali Was wonderful great salesman got straight to the point showed us many different options very patient and attentive gave us the best possible deals They have. will definitely be coming back for other areas in my home.
