American Freight Furniture, Mattress, Appliance

We ordered a king-size bed with matching side cabinets and the craftsmanship really stood out once assembled. Corners were finished smoothly and every piece lined up properly. The delivery crew even helped reposition the furniture a second time after we changed our minds about the layout.

Recently purchased a sofa. Sid provided great customer service. Unfortunately, sofa has a manufacture defect. Was offered a replacement but, I would have to pay another delivery charge of $130. As it was a defect I feel the customer shouldn't have to pay an add'l delivery charge. Also, the store has florescent lighting which made the color appear different than what I was needing/wanting. Only wish I could've exchanged it for another (more expensive) set they have and was willing to pay the difference.

We were looking for sofas for a while and i happened upon a Facebook add about this place. We decided to go check it out. We had no expectations based on everywhere else we had looked. It is very much a warehouse setting but that did not put us off in the least. We were very happy to find the perfect set of sofas! We bought them and picked them up the same day. After we got home and got them set up we realized that both sofa frames were damaged. Of course it was during the holidays so there was a bit of a delay with getting the sofas replaced but I am happy to say that Lateisha made it happen! She had replacement sofas the same day she called me and we picked them up later that evening! These sofas are just what we wanted and we are so happy that they stand behind their furniture! The quality of these sofas are amazing and the price will definitely not break your budget! Quality without question I guess you could say! Thanks again to everyone at American Freight that moved mountains to give us the absolute best customer service!
