We had a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm in Morrow, GA. My husband and I were assisted by Arlene, and she was absolutely lovely throughout the entire process. She was very kind, attentive, patient, and knowledgeable, and she helped us feel comfortable and confident with our purchase. She took the time to answer our questions, explain different options, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service like hers truly makes a difference. We really appreciated her help and would definitely recommend asking for Arlene if you visit this location!
View on GoogleI had a great experience with my sales person Drew. I was not happy with the previous mattress I had purchased, Drew took a lot of patience with me to find the right mattress for me. I want to thank him again, and let the company know he is an awesome sales person.
View on GoogleGreat experience! I was able to come in and get my mattress from Ms Arlene. They are having a 4th July sale but the mattress I wanted was not available so I was able to get a different mattress for the same price and it’s much comfortable. I would suggest coming in and especially during a sale, this way you get help and a good deal.
