The location was pretty nice. The customer service was good. They have very affordable options for people to choose from when it comes to beds, rugs, coughs, and more. Tamisha is a really good rep. She helped us a lot. I really recommend people come see her at your earliest convenience.

Easy to find but very limited room for a 53Ft tractor trailer. Just be patient and you will get it. And if you are delivering beds? You dont have to go to their loading dock. I made a mistake of going to the dock, it took me 45 mins to back it in. Just for them to tell me the next morning i just have to park it in front of the door😡

Loved my experience making my purchase with American Freight. Not only did they have a diverse selection but the furniture is high quality and reasonably priced. Employee Kim assisted me throughout the whole process and even helped me pick out my new couch!

So the customer service in the beginning was Great.. My daughter ordered a bed on a Tuesday, it was delivered Thursday, and a side rail fell off the connection from the headboard on Friday. Less than 24 hrs of it being put together (we had to put it together, it was simple), a piece fell apart. That’s one problem, but the next is blaming the customer when who would spend over $700 on a bed and dresser for them to tear it up within 24hrs?? Didn’t ask for a refund, just a new bed because this one is faulty.
