Me and my husband and son walked in 1/24 and was looking for a furniture set upon walking n no doubt it was cold lol but it was understandable but we were greeted with respect. I believe one salesperson who greeted us n walked off thought we wasn't gonna spend money cause I told him we was just looking but then Mr. Richard came n poured out nothing but respect he stuck there n had patience with me even tho I kept changing my mind n lastly he said did you guys try to sit on them n I told him no sir he politely pulled them out n allowed us to sit on them n from that point a decision was made to purchase what we liked and we are now complete for our living room ... THANKS MR RICHARD N TOO THE MANAGER WHO WAS ON DUTY ALSO LOOKED OUT FOR US ... PICS COMING SOON AS WE WAIT FOR DELIVERY

This location is definitely the example of top notch customer service! Xavier and Richard were amazing! They assisted me with doing an online order and delivery. I called from out of town & I had my sister stop by to look at the sectional in person. She wasn’t pleased with the initial pick. These guys showed her another model and she fell in love. Michael was extremely friendly and helpful. We were in and out in 20 mins and got a great new sectional. Measuring tape was provided, staff was very knowledgeable. Very glad they are back open!
