My daughter was doing a lot while we were there, but Sonya’s energy and attitude stayed the same from the moment we walked through the door until she finished processing my transaction. I’ve purchased from American Freight twice. The first time they brought the furniture and put everything together. The company they used this time didn’t even call ahead to set up a delivery time. They called me and said hey we have your furniture are you home? In the middle of the weekday. I was at work. But then I ordered 2 headboards. I was told that they would be new ( NOT THE DISPLAY)… I get ready to assemble my bed so excited as I’ve slept on the floor, and the car ONLY to discover they put the floor model headboard in a box. THERES NO INSTRUCTIONS on a bunch of screws all over the place because the person who packed it didn’t even care enough to seal the ziploc bag they put them in. Here I am after a long day of work ready to lay in my new bed AND I CANNOT! The only reason I wanted the particular headboard is because the manager told me that it would be a new one as they had a few on the back… when you call .. it prompts for you to leave a voicemail but ITS NOT SET UP! I’m beyond upset at this point! The holes where the screws go are STRIPPED! But further more HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO ASSEMBLE SOMETHING WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS????!!!

We recently bought a new sofa from American Freight Furniture and Mattress. The price was right and the guys were very straightforward and honest, pointing us toward what we were looking for. Robert took great care of us! We paid extra for the delivery and the delivery guys were awesome too, they had us set up in no time. Great experience overall, I would definitely recommend them for your furniture needs!
