American Freight Furniture & Mattress

I purchased a table and 4 chairs from American Freight about 2 years ago. The table was scratched and 2 of the chairs were poorly made. They did bring me a new table top and 2 new chairs. This year they broke again. Oh well.... Because of that incident, I decided to give them another chance. Today I purchased a reclining sofa and chair. I asked the guy if I would receive new furniture and not the one on the floor. He said yes. I asked this question because the chair had a stain beneath the arm. When my furniture arrived, he had sent the one off the floor because there was not a new one in the store. I'm not at all happy because he could've checked his stock before he sent me that chair. He was just trying to make a sale and I fell for it. When I called the store, all they could do was apologize instead of making it right. They did send this furniture cleaner to try to remove the stain but it did not work. I can't even look at my furniture or enjoy it because of this. Everybody's butt has probably sat in my chair. I am so upset! They could at least give me a percentage of my money back. I'm going to find the owner of that store or general manager or somebody and see what he will do for me. I will never purchase another item of furniture from American Freight. I just hope that the furniture will last awhile at least.

Josh and the team at this furniture store do an outstanding job. Josh really stands out for his great sense of humor, caring attitude, and the way he makes customers feel comfortable and welcome right away. He takes the time to listen and help people find exactly what they need, which makes the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The rest of the staff also deserves credit for being professional, friendly, and helpful. Together they create a positive environment that makes shopping there easy and stress-free. It’s clear they take pride in what they do and genuinely care about their customers.

Their furniture is not made with very good quality and I didn’t purchase a warranty and a month after having my expensive couch a spring popped off and there is nothing they can do so I suggest if you buy furniture from this place get their warranty and all their stars of high rating because they ask you to put a good review and stars when you buy something and they will give you a discount it’s not because their furniture is worth a damn.
