Furniture Row

Our salesperson Brian was very knowledgeable of the bedroom sets that we were interested in. When we couldn't find the color we wanted in the style that we liked he suggested getting it custom made. We stayed within our price range and hopefully will have our new set before Labor day weekend. Great job Brian and we have already mentioned our experience to some friends also looking to upgrade their bedroom fixtures.

The sales person Alana was very helpful and friendly. Answered all my questions with enthusiasm and explained in detail the process of purchasing my furniture. I didn't feel pressured and she took her time with me. She gave me a wonderful deal that I could afford on a strict budget. She got me all set up so I wouldn't have to deal with the Bank. The 5 years of protection and cleaning supplies was a definite plus 😁 Thank you Alana PS I shopped the Conway AR store

The service here is horrible. Paid almost $7k for a new living room suit which we love by the way. It had to be ordered and was told they would let us know when it came in. The console would come later. Told them fine. They said they would call us when the first round comes in. They would deliver the first part add the console later. Received the first parts. Never called we had to. Been setting on it for 2 weeks apparently. Delivery was fine. Was told 2 more weeks on the console. Checked at 3 weeks nothing. Called back today 5 weeks after first round delivered. Guess what? Yep they had been sitting on it again not informing us it was in. So 9 weeks after purchase we hopefully will finally get it delivered. Sales person very dishonest about time lines. Zero follow up twice from anybody. Definitely won't buy from them again or send any business their way!!!

The Denver Mattress salesman was a bit busy could have used a second person to help with the amount of customers. However that does not eclipse the very informative, and professional Erik. He answered all our questions and provided us with everything we needed to make a choice based on our needs. At the furniture portion of the store the salesperson was around enough to help us out but not pushy and gave adequate space to make our decision.

Claudia the assistant manager along with her coworker & employees was being so friendly towards me. I love the atmosphere is good, peaceful, relaxing, quiet, nobody is not rushing or etc. I love there cute furnitures and it would be nice if they would hire me over there. I would be honored to do it.
