This is the second time we have shopped with American Furniture Warehouse. First time was in Katy. This time was in Conroe. We spend hours looking. We were looking for modern living room set . I was looking for leather, Christian Luna our sales person was very professional and Friendly. We are very pleased with our purchase. The guys that came to deliver our furniture were here before 9:30am as our time was 9:30 to 11:30. Professional and quick. It’s 5 stars for us. Thank you .

We had a very positive experience with the individuals we worked with at American Furniture Warehouse. Joel and Louis, our delivery team, were outstanding. They were professional, respectful of our home, careful with the furniture, and made sure everything was placed properly. Louis, our sales representative, was also excellent. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the purchasing process smooth. However, we were very disappointed with the communication from the distributor. We ordered this furniture two months ago and received little to no updates regarding backorders or delivery timing. The only way we were finally able to get delivery scheduled was by repeatedly following up and applying pressure. We should not have had to work that hard just to get answers or secure a delivery date, and it was often difficult to reach someone. We were also surprised to learn at delivery that another item was not included as expected and were told it may be another two months with no clear arrival date. That uncertainty and lack of proactive communication was frustrating. Because of the ongoing backorder issues and poor communication, we are giving this company a four-star rating. The frontline team provided excellent service, but the overall experience was impacted by inventory transparency and communication problems.

I love this place! The guys delivered fast and easy. Scheduled to come between 830am and 11 but gave my A courtesy call that they were arriving before 8! I was very Happy Being that I had a lot to do today, that really helped me out a lot. The guys were very nice and showed me how to dismantle the furniture for whenever I am moving so that it’s easier for me. One of the many purchases I have made here and I plan to make many more. I was so impressed about this furniture store! We have never been and were shopping for guest room furniture. Great selection of furniture and mattresses, very functional, and GREAT value. What really impressed me were the people and automated process for scheduling delivery. In the store, there was no selling pressure. Alex and others were friendly, approachable, and fully available to answer questions and help as requested. Everything about the purchase and delivery was transparent, and the automated notifications for scheduling the delivery and the related notices when they were on their way were great. Installation was quick and efficient with care given to the furniture and our home. I would definitely buy from AFW again and would recommend you check them out for your furniture needs.
