I went into Mattress firm today and was serviced by Dina. She was very knowledgeable and patient with me. She went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I had a great experience overall.

We arrived an hour before closing just to browse and spoke to Josh about shopping for a Queen Size mattress. Once we told him what we were looking for, he didn’t try to upsell us Or deviate in the slightest on what we were requesting. He made the entire process smooth and fluid as we tested multiple bed types. As well as stayed away from options when we showed disinterest. At the end of it all we ended up purchasing a mattress that night due to his knowledge and guidance of all options presented. The man was a straight shooter. Who made the shopping and purchasing of the mattress an easier experience than what we were expecting.

Deserves less stars absolutely the worst customer service. Walked in 30 minutes before they closed just to look for a minute. Employee Brett was walking outside right before he walked back in i heard his comment to his self "customers at 7:30" we knew it was almost closing time and didn't want to keep them long but after over hearing his comment I thought let's just leave but me being the nice guy I am I decided to shop around just irritate his already short snippy gestures. Giving him a price point he showed us everything except what we asked for. Not to mention the woman laying on top of the desk who didn't bother to say anything to us when we walked in instead just decided to stare at us. Yall save your money and go to ashley furniture.
