Living Spaces

We visited living spaces half a dozen times before finally picking our new sectional. Each time everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. When we were finally ready to purchase, Miguel did a fantastic job helping us out by explaining all the details from financing, to furniture care to delivery time frames and helped us to get our delivery date moved up. He was very professional and not pushy. It’s one of the aspects that I appreciate most about living spaces floor personnel, they are not pushy or in your face, but available for help if you ask. Thank you, Miguel!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Living Spaces. The store was clean, our sales person was lovely and so very helpful around the store. The purchasing process was quick and communication for delivery was FANTASTIC!!! The delivery crew was professional, made sure I knew how my couch functioned and quickly assembled and set up my items. I LOVE my new furniture! I purchased items from two furniture stores, and Living Spaces overall was much much more pleasant to work with. Communication was better, I received the correct products but I’m sure if I hadn’t Living Spaces would’ve shown on the correct delivery unlike the other company.

We purchased the Nate and Jeremiah shore 161” sectional September of 2024. CALL RECORDING WITH CAREFREE IS ATTACHED. We purchased the warranty protection because this was our first big investment in a piece of furniture. We were told this warranty is amazing covers anything and everything. Turned out a lie and was confirmed our original sales person was fired and they were aware of his terrible tactics. We submitted our claim on October 24th due to finding separation of the seam on a side arm pillow. We inspected the rest of the furniture and found 6 cushions total that the seams have separated. Our claim was denied EVEN THOUGH in the brochure (see photo) it clearly states seam separation to be covered in the warranty. I went into the store on Monday Nov 3rd. to ask for further assistance. The lady at customer service desk in the back agreed and said to refile my claim because they should’ve at least sent someone out to inspect the furniture first and that this should be covered under the carefree program. I submitted my second claim like I was told to do and again it was denied and they reclassified my claim from seam separation to fraying. The lady I spoke with in care free department said it was occurred overtime from normal use. IT WAS BARELY 1 YEAR OLD! She then said that it’s not seam separation it’s loose stitching WHICH IS STILL COVERED. She then said no it’s classified as fraying because seam separation would happen in one instance not over time. THAT IS SUCH BS. They do everything they can to keep you from winning a honest claim. A $4,000 sofa. A $500 warranty and having to jump through hoops and loops like this is ridiculous. I would’ve expected way better service. Much higher quality and a much better system to taking care of clients. I was hoping you are building a reputable furniture store and trusted you with thousands of my dollars and this is the level of unprofessionalism you can expect to get when buying from this store. This has baffled me and I’ll be taking future business elsewhere going forward. ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME

Best furniture buying experience by far! Started off by the nice lady working the Kid Spaces playground who was able to occupy our 4yo and 6yo for 1 hr while we shopped for a new sofa set. We were in the process of closing out our purchase with Amanda when it was time to pick up the kids and head to the store bar/food area where Ms. Catherine offered our family excellent service. Kids had lemonade, pizza and dessert while Mom and Dad enjoyed some adult beverages to celebrate our new comfy sofa set and recliner. All employees we encountered were knowledgeable and offered top notch customer service. We shall return!

I went in Living Spaces expecting to find nothing I liked. I was wrong. What I got was a beautiful king size bed and a wealth of knowledge about style, measuring spaces, creating a peaceful, pretty space all from their employee, Patrick. Patrick took time to help me pick something that I loved, not trends or something someone else likes. This wasn’t really his department, but he took a lot of time helping me, and he KNOWS furniture. Not only was he super helpful and knowledgeable, he was taking his day off the next day to help with Toys For Tots!! This young man needs a promotion!! Thank you Patrick!
