Purchased a queen size Nectar bed for my extra bedroom. The matress seems to be of good quality and the offgasing has been low compared to a different matress I ordered online.from Amazon. My son will be staying with us soon and we will see how the matress fairs for sleeping/comfort. Jeff was really helpful with giving me information about the matress, purchase was quick and easy.

View on GoogleSorry about this very late survey response, for my store experience took place way back on 04-27-2025 at the 2951 Watson Blvd. store in Warner Robins, GA. My "Sleep Expert" was Philip, and he was very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. He was very thorough with the info relative to my purchase, and I ended up with just the right mattress at the best price possible. The delivery people were also very friendly, accommodating and efficient. Concerning the survey question about shoe covers, I don't recall them wearing any, but, if not, that would have been okay, since there was no dirt on or damage to my flooring or carpet. Many thanks to Philip and the delivery people for a very satisfactory experience.
View on GoogleJeff Johnson is exceptional. The process was easy, payment method great and the 2 young men who delivered the Stearns & Foster mattresses were polite and very careful! I highly recommend the Santa Fe, NM, Cerrillos store.
View on GoogleDate: 1/31/2026 -- Excellent customer service! Jeff , manager of the Santa Fe store on Cerrillos Rd, and Eric, manager of the Albuquerque store, went above and beyond to help me select a mattress based on all my questions and concerns. However, the delivery of the mattress did not go as nicely as expected. I purchased a fantastic Stearns and Foster Lux Estate mattress. When the main delivery guy was bringing the mattress into my one story townhouse, he rolled the mattress a couple of times on its side before bringing it in. I now notice that one side of the mattress has a slight bulge compared to the other side. I am worried and hope it evens out. This mattress is a really nice mattress and expensive. The two delivery guys were friendly and courteous, but I had hoped they were a little more careful delivering the mattress. I hope the owner takes note of this.
