Josh was AMAZING! From the moment we walked into America’s Mattress, he made the experience comfortable and stress-free. I wasn’t sure what I wanted, and he was incredibly knowledgeable without ever being pushy. He gave us all the time we needed, patiently answered every question, and truly wanted to help us find the right fit. On top of that, the prices were great! Hands-down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend America’s Mattress!

He listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect mattress without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. He even explained all the options in a way that made sense and helped me stay within my budget. The delivery was quick and easy, and I’ve been sleeping better than ever since. This is the 4th time doing business with this store. Josh McKinney is the only consideration I have when purchasing bedding. I can recommend friends and associates to Americas Mattress but until you experience this for yourself it doesn't matter what I say. Josh makes you comfortable getting not just what you want but what you need.

I cannot say enough about America's Mattress of New Bern! I needed a pillow and Robin was absolutely instrumental in picking the right one. She gave me all the options of firm pillows and I was even able to lay down and test them out. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the product and all of my questions were answered. I will be returning to this store the moment I need a mattress because I'm confident they know their stuff and I will get an amazing deal!
