Mattress Warehouse of New Bern

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mattress Warehouse of New Bern. What a great store! I was impressed with the huge selection of great mattresses and bedding. My favorite was the King sized Wilcrest from Kingsdown. As I complete errands around New Bern, I found myself returning time and again to this convenient location. Had a very pleasant time with Vanessa during my shopping experience, she was very attentive and helped me select the right mattress for my home. I was not aware there were so many options. She made the whole experience seamless and personalized! Would definitely recommend!

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. I stopped in about two weeks ago to find a new mattress, and Jay made the whole experience surprisingly painless. Honestly I'm not a huge fan of shopping for a bed, i don't know anything about what i need and what would be comfortable and I always feel like the people i'm buying things from expect me to know exactly what i'm looking for. This wasn't that thankfully, we spent most of the time trading stories about games we've both played and books we've read, turns out we're both fans of Dragons of Autumn Twilight, but after just a few on point questions he helped me choose a mattress thats been perfect. Jay was easy to talk to and actually listens to what you're saying instead of just pushing the most expensive option. After two weeks on the new bed, I’m actually waking up feeling much better instead of like I’ve been hit by a truck. If you’re looking for a new mattress and want to deal with someone who is a genuine, down-to-earth person who genuinly feels like they're doing their best to help you and not just "make a sale" definitely go see Jay.

We're absolutely thrilled with our new mattress! The comfort and support it provides are top-notch. But what really impressed us was the exceptional customer service from Houston. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect mattress for our needs.

Isaac was awesome! He took 3 hrs to help us to pick out and purchase a new mattress and foundation. Their pricing is better than most stores and they have a 1 year price guarantee!!! Plus he discounted the pillows and mattress pads. He was very professional and never rushed us. He gave us so much information and told us things we never considered buying a mattress. This is our last mattress. Highly recommend him and the store! Tons of samples at the store.
