America's Mattress

Exceptional service- I wish I knew your training secrets. We called yesterday to inquire about mattress options and the lady that took the call was so kind and helpful. We came in store today and Rodney went above and beyond to get us the right mattress, right price range, and the delivery timing we preferred. It was also a very quick and easy process. I couldn’t say enough good things about the customer service experience. We were first time customers, but will shop here for life just for the ease and confidence Rodney provided. Thank you so much!

Our experience at America's Mattress was great. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in finding something my husband and I can both agree on when we have very different mattress preferences. We weren't ready to buy today and were not pressured. They gave us information to help us make a decision without pressure.

Huge shout out to Rodney for his help. He answered all my questions and helped me get the perfect mattress for me, going out of his way to make sure I get the delivery timing I need. Customer service like Rodney provides is almost extinct these days, I couldn’t be more grateful for his knowledge and assistance.

If you are around the Southport/Oak Island area and looking to buy a mattress, America's Mattress is the place to go! Rodney was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire purchase/delivery process. He even went out of his way to deliver my Beautyrest mattress himself on a Friday evening so I could have same day delivery since the trucks had already gone out for the day! Set up took less than 10 minutes

Needed a mattress and box springs same day AND delivered to nearby home the same day. Rodney was easy to work with, made the process simple and seamless, and got the delivery made by the end of the day. Very pleased and the price was fair too.
