America's Mattress of Red Rocks

Excellent store! Folks go ABOVE and BEYOND to be helpful and thorough. They have high integrity and are a wonderful organization!!!

Really happy with our experience. The sales room was fresh and clean and professional. We talked to Jeanne about our different needs-something more firm but soft enough for my bad back, and she knew exactly what we needed immediately. She also suggested an adjustable frame and it all ended up being perfect. Delivered and set up the next day, old mattresses gone and the best sleep ever. With the sale price, it was a great deal, too. Really thankful we stopped in.

Incredible customer service! Ivonne took care of us from the beginning to the end! Helpful, knowledgeable, kind and honest. Thank you for all of your help with the purchase of our new bed! Excited for some good sleep! ☺️

Since the moment my boyfriend and I stepped in, the customer service was amazing.. I forget her name but our guide that helped us with our Queen size bed purchase. Smiles and full of all the answer to our questions.. My bed was delivered a week later and the two boys arrived, they were very professional and polite.. The came in set up my bed quick and they were gone... The one thing I had somewhat of an issue with is that we were told the time of purchase that the mattress cover would be thrown in with our mattress and bed spring purchase. Later we were reviewing our receipt and seen that we were in fact charged 35$ for it . And the quality of the mattress cover isn't what we thought...

After shopping on line, I realized that all the mattresses available online were hard to judge by eyesight alone. I went o the new America’s Mattress store in the Fry’s plaza and was surprised how modern and updated the store is. Loved the fact that they had dozens of beds on display. After asking me a number of questions the saleslady suggested the type of bed that would suit me and took me through the options they had. I now hav an awesome bed that I got free delivery, setup and they took my old bed away to.
