10 Stars for the Mattress Center in Cottonwood!!! Robert walked me through various options starting with the basic models while working our way up the line. He told me exactly what extra I got for my money for the different options. He never pushed me toward the more expensive models. When the mattress I selected was not delivered from the manufacturer when expected (not his fault) he offered to loan me a floor sample without extra charge. Next, because of the delay he did not charge me for a low profile foundation base!!! Who else does that? The delivery guys were careful and on time. I could go on and on, and by the way the mattress is great too. Highly recommend Robert and the Mattress Center. Ray C.

View on GoogleMy wife and I wanted to say THANK YOU Robert for taking such great care of us. We had purchased a mattress years ago from a great guy there that Robert actually knew and fortunately we had a warranty on that mattress. It was wearing out and creating a hole and was starting to bother my wife's hips. Sure enough we did have a qualifying warranty and Robert came out and inspected the mattress and we were able to replace it with a brand new mattress. My wife was able to go into the store and pick out something she liked to replace the old one. Within a few weeks they made us a new mattress in their factory and it was delivered to us as soon as it was ready. It has been about 10 months or so and we love the new mattress. Thank you Robert for honoring our warranty hassle free!
