We were unhappy with a mattress that we ordered online so decided to shop for a new one and wanted to lay on mattresses before buying. We weren’t sorry! Our sales person, Cameron, was very attentive, well informed and really a pleasure to work with. He’s new so any questions he didn’t have answers for he asked the more experienced person for. We laid on a lot of mattresses and found just what we were looking for. We bought the mattress and base to raise and lower the head and feet on Saturday. It was delivered and set up on Tuesday. The delivery person, Frank and assistant were professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the bed and base, showing me how to adjust everything. They removed the old box frame, the packaging, etc and wrapped our old mattress in plastic so it can be returned. I’m very happy with our experience!

Highest quality experience from this family owned business! Frank & Ricky went above and beyond to deliver our mattress at the end of the day so that we could stay the night in our new home. Initial service was great and friendly, but they told me I could not find lower prices in town which, I in fact did after my purchase. They also convince you to agree to a lower price but only if you buy a $200 mattress protector which in the end is the same price. They also got my delivery date wrong so I had to leave work in a rush to meet them at my house. Lastly, I had an item that needed to be ordered and they never called me to pick it up when it was ready. I had to follow up with them myself. Small things really do make a difference, especially when you claim to provide that personal small town business model.
