I love this place. I love the carpet. I got they are the sweetest people. Kevin is great if you’re ever need anything carpet mattress and box springs he’s got it.😀

View on GoogleI was in the market for a flipable mattress and that led me here. I even brought my pillow so I could lay on each one for awhile. Kevin is a true professional and this experience turned out to be plug and play. That's rare in a mattress store! One week later he and his daughter personally delivered to my home and I live in Hermitage. Its been over a month and I know I made the right choice. I will always recommend this business.

View on GoogleBuyer beware. Hopefully this review can save others time & money. Went to Amish Mattress Showroom for mattress and carpet. Found mattress we liked. Transaction was easy enough. Asked to see carpet samples, specifically those advertised as stain-resistant for pets. Kevin emphatically told us "No" in response to wanting pet-specific, then went right to a specific section of samples & said to look at this area. I questioned what about the other samples, he said we didn't want that. So we looked at his designated samples. I said that we may want 2 different carpets for 2 different parts of our home. Again he told us "No", shook his head, told us that then he's left with 2 different carpet remnants. And this would be the customer's problem because why exactly? Also, he made a comment about how women change their minds every 2 wks. Huh? When I asked about pricing, he whispered it & wrote it on the back of his business card like it was some secret from the zero other customers inside. I guess pricing is on a sliding scale & he didn't want the few employees sitting at the counter to hear. After the carpet shopping experience, this place was out for getting anymore of our money. Mattress arrived at our home quickly since we were told there was one onsite. Mattress tag did not match the identifying card in plastic on the showroom mattress. We called Kevin during delivery. He tells me that it's because he changed mattresses on us. Ha ha hee hee, he thought it was funny, said he was just joking. That's not funny. Then he claimed that the mattress company changed the mattress name yet he hadn't yet change the mattress card in the showroom. Suspect, yet we hoped it was just his bad sense of humor and he was being honest. The honesty factor is questionable. After 6 months of having this torture mattress, I can legit say this is the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever had. It's hard as a rock. It's killing my back and hips. Kevin told us this was a great mattress for these issues. It's now causing similar issues for my husband. We've changed out pillows, mattress pad, add'l blankets underneath, and now we're going to an eggcrate. We're convinced he did indeed switch mattresses. While in the showroom, we had asked about a bed frame with no mattress. He said that mattress was harder than the "best seller" and discontinued because it didn't sell well. Wonder what the chances are that a leftover discontinued mattress in the warehouse made it to our home instead of the softer "best seller" that we purchased.
