Mattress King

We had a great experience with Mattress King. The salesman David in Dickson was very knowledgeable. He really explains well. Delivered on time with a call in advance. The delivery guys were awesome. They knew exactly how to set up base and very careful. Highly recommended.

Sales guy was very nice and knowledgeable. We bought an adjustable bed comparable to the competitor across town for several thousand dollars less. Sales process went great. Delivery was quick and the guys were nice. Still working on getting the bed in the right position to be at the comfort level I expect for that kind of money. It did not solve my wife's snoring so don't buy one of these hoping/expecting it will solve that problem.

Got our new split mattress delivered by some awfully nice young men yesterday. They showed me how to use my split mattress and cleaned up after themselves then they helped with my old mattress

We purchased a tempurpedic and base from them. It was delivered stained and the delivery men damaged our Restoration bed frame significantly. They admitted it and noted it on the delivery paper work. No one followed up. I called o. The mattress and the damaged restoration bed on numerous occasion to both the store and delivery group. No help was provided except a customer service email that did not reply until I threatened to get a lawyer involved. They offered no restitution And only offered to replace the mattress under its own warranty. The second delivery group one was so obese they couldn’t help lift and my husband had to unload the mattress to the house. They claimed they are not liable for damage they cause. I’m still tempted to get a lawyer but it is by far the worst customer service I have ever had in My entire life.

I really wanted to make sure i love the mattress so I brought my pillow and blanket and rested for 45 mintues. After that, I tried a pillow I saw on the bed. I fell straight to sleep. The salesman had to wake me up. He was very and answered all my questions. I even bought the pillow! 😃
