What a gem of a local shop! We made an in-stock purchase and couldn’t be happier with the experience. They offered delivery, which was super convenient, and the whole process was impressively quick. Amy went above and beyond I was able to get it in a few days at an affordable price. Now my mom wants one. Amy and everyone there is helpful and the environment is very friendly and welcoming. View on GoogleWe were looking for a good quality futon mattress after we found a nice frame, and based on the reviews of several places (online stores, a Portland store, another Tacoma store, and this one) we decided to try Amy's. Amy was friendly, patient, helpful, and knowledge about her products and how to care for them. She listened to our expected usage and recommended two futon mattresses based on that, allowing us to test each one in the store and see which we preferred. She was great, recommending products without pressuring us. We've had ours for about 3/4 of a year, and it's still comfortable, but we use ours as our primary couch in the living room so it gets a LOT of use. It is more compressed in the middle than the sides at this point. If you need a futon for this kind of use, get the loftiest one you can, because even with rotation every three months it will compress in the middle somewhat, though certainly it's still much better than a cheaper futon mattress.
