My husband I were looking for a new bedroom set and happen to pass Mor furniture. We decided to go in and look around. As we can in we were greeted with a “Welcome in” and a smile. The sales associate to help us with Jasmine. She listened to our needs and then took us around different bedroom sets. She had us test some mattresses without being overly pushy. We went back-and-forth with a few sets until we finally agreed on one. She was so patient and gave us time by ourselves. Exceptional Service. Jasmine Slater was able to assist as soon as I walked through the door. I never furniture shopped before, but from my own description of my needs and price range, she directed me to exactly the items I needed (and certain a few I wanted). She even brought up questions that I hadn't consider when furniture shopping like would I still feel comfortable if I sat on this piece for extended time. Randel F. was helpful in soothing my concerns and questions regarding payment and financing. Worked with me on delivery since I'm in Eastern Washington. I got a piece of furniture that was defective. After many encounters with CS and the store today Randy and Asif ended my headache with excellent CS and on the spot correction that could have added more stress to my life. They were a great team. Their courtesy and professionalism were exceptional in this new world of everything is about me. They put my needs above their desires to make a sale. I hope they get a monetary incentive for bringing your organization out of the gutter from my perspective.
