Bought all my furniture for new house from them. We love all the Scandinavian designs and quality. Everything is so excellent including the service. If you like modern designs, color and quality, this is the store. Nicole the manager was superb in handling our concerns.

Good stuff.. horrible customer care. We waited for a curio for two months was delivered twice with broken parts we didn't accept and eventually had to do away with it after waitiiing. Another day waiting delivery of other furniture stayed home all-day didn't show up then tried to lie that they came and nobody was home, Total lies

Our experience with Dania Tacoma has been a frustrating mess of broken promises and conflicting information. Delivery was botched, no one followed up when promised, and we had to chase multiple people just to get basic answers. We were told twice that our sofa qualified for the “Buy More, Save More” promotion, only to be told at the time of purchase that it didn’t. Weeks later (and after repeated follow-up), both their online Customer Service Rep and Regional Manager (Bren) confirmed it actually DID qualify. We were also told the cabinet we ordered was in stock, then sold out, then found, then not found. We received at least four contradictory updates over two weeks. After over a month of back-and-forth, we finally received a refund for the cabinet, but only after physically returning to the store to get it processed. The product quality may be nice, but it’s simply not worth the stress.

I had high hopes for my furniture from Dania as I had purchased once before. However, the experience was extremely disappointing. First, the initial delivery had many damaged pieces and an incorrect item. I waited for a phone call and had to call after a week of not hearing from my sales person. The next delivery had damaged goods again that even the Dania delivery people spotted before bringing them in. I had to again make the phone call for help.The third attempt unbelievable, three missing pieces on the truck and another wrong part. This after the promise from the manager Randy it would be thoroughly inspected. The resolution, lack of communication and respect for my time has been unbelievable. I asked to speak with the regional manager and was promised a phone call on a Saturday. Only after calling in Monday myself did I speak to Bryn and was asked by him, what are you actually looking for! I expected professionalism and basic common customer service for the price I paid. Instead frustration and damaged furniture is what I am left with.
