Great customer service and community engagement. Every time I have went there to look into a product or have questions about things they may not have they direct me to what I need. Would recommend for appliance products, or summer grilling needs.
View on GoogleHonest and great costumer service before and after purchase. Price and selection are very good. High quality products. Extremely knowledgeable staff.
View on GoogleIf you want a quality product and customer service, you're better off on Amazon or eBay at this point. Sold my mother a washer less than 4 months ago, and now refuse to service it. Something with the water inlet is jammed and releases a small stream of water into the drum constantly but won't let more water in to do laundry. The lady's answer... "Call MayTag. Bye" This is why small businesses die. You're oh-so-willing to take the money but you can't stand behind the product or take responsibility for it
View on GoogleI purchased a Maytag washer Model MVW4505MW from here in July 2024 and the customer service was wonderful the store was clean I did truly enjoy my experience shopping here, however I only had the machine 4 months before it took a complete crap on me. Maytag offers a one year manufacturer warranty, I also purchased an extended warranty and my washer has now been broken since October with many service repairs and calls and still no luck with an operating machine. 2 different warranties, a brand new machine and there is nothing anyone is doing to help me. I don't recommend whirlpool products for the simple fact of they don't care to help fix the issues. I did reach out to Angola appliance and they told me they could only help if it was within 30 days. So at this point I'm out a washing machine and 600$.
