Showcase Furniture

We just purchased a new furniture set 3 days ago. Very firm compared to floor model we tried and tested thoroughly. Makes sense. Break in period etc. the past three days it's been unbearably firm. I made a call. Not asking for money back just that we can come in try th display again and if less firm since it's used and sat on alot that we exchange just that one piece. Was told no. No expectations. So I proceeded to review paperwork and contract to find no explanation and details of any kind on a return or exchange policy at all. Just a purchase price and paid. This along in Indiana is a violation then results in a standard return. The more I looked into it the place is very specific in not disclosing policies on return exchange and delivery etc. assuming this is intentional as then can make decisions on a case by case basis. I have asked to have the owner call me but yet to receive a call. As a small town business and asking for a brand new set to be exchanged for a floor display model seems a easy decision as a business. Or to work with us in some other way shape or form would at least be something. If you enjoy unprofessional atmosphere and a owner that pays it's employees an hourly wage so they have no interest in the customer service and satisfaction then it's the place for you. I will update in a few more days see if they have been at calls or attempts to work with us. As I do have more information about this company set up.. process and things to beware of. Also I am not sure they are aware of the terms stated in their 12 months no interest process as it also states that the companies return exchange or restock policies need to be clearly displayed expresses and signed by purchaser. This can void the entire process. Simply working with someone or offering something seemed a better route but as they wish. Update 12/01/2025. Called store again asking to speak to owner. Was told the owner doesn't speak to anyone. And still refuses to work with us in anyway. I am not asking for money back and willing to take a loss for some sort of resolution. Crazy. Never experienced such unprofessional disrespectful treatment. Beware. No listed return policy or even purchase agreement details when you buy. After the sale you get no response or courtesy. Matt Mullins thanks for owning these businesses here and Churubusco and not having that small town locally owner mentality that you promote.

Absolutely low stress, low pressure sales, the gentleman was open about inventory availability and pricing. We walked out the door with a brand new king size bed at an excellent value with the holiday sales going! I highly recommend!

Ive bought beautiful furniture, and plan to go back for more. The staff are all great people. The delivery was great fast and right on time.

Very friendly staff! Quick on delivery and setup. Definitely will shop there again.

Went and we bought a mattress. Easy interaction, nice looking place. Dude nearly lost me to the vibrating chairs.
