Antioch Furniture Outlet

Frustrated by long wait times from big furniture corporations, I looked online for local furniture stores that had quality pieces you could take home the same day. Antioch furniture let me get four dining chairs for a table I already had, even though it broke up a dining set they were selling. Great staff, very willing to help without being pushy. They packaged the chairs and loaded them in my truck for me. Couldn’t be happier.

Best experience ever, they tread you like family, i will advice you to buy Furnature here, best price and delivered at your door! Thanks so much for everything

Guys that delivered the furniture was so nice and professional also on time !!!! They even put it together for us beautifully !! Great job??

They will take your money and not deliver product. I went in and ordered a bed a month before moving into new home. Called the week of scheduled delivery to confirm and everything was fine for a Saturday delivery between 10-12, they called and said trouble with truck they would be about an hour late, they finally arrived at 5:45 pm with no communication. They took the bed out to set up and found that the bottom panel was damaged, according to management they could have put bed up and replaced the damaged piece but the delivery guys were not compliant. They left and promised to return with new bed on Wednesday morning. I called Wednesday to confirm, store management guaranteed I was first delivery, well he called moments later to say “we actually don’t have the black one you ordered, but I have a grey one” we had waited so long I decided to accept the grey one, he said great they are on their way. An hour or so later the “head delivery man” called and advised that they don’t have the bed at all! I called the store and he replied “I’m just going to refund your money it’s been too many problems with the delivery” it had now been 6 weeks, I used their finance company and had been having payments auto deducted. The finance company advised the store needed to reach out to confirm. A week had gone by with no response from the store until I took an additional trip there yesterday for the manager to say “we needed your debit card to process refund” no call, email, or anything. They absolutely do not care about customer service especially when it comes to black people. Black people please spend your money somewhere else- go to the finance company website they will show you all the stores you can use.

Highly recommended. All employees including the delivery men were amazing. Very patient and helpful in store and fast professional delivery at home !I ended up with Low monthly payments that will help build my credit and they made sure I left satisfied because a lot of places that finance end up ripping me off in the end because of interest but here it’s a win win I leave with 0 down and after 6 months my credit will go up and I still got a deal! Thank you guys
