Walked in not knowing if I’d be getting anything that day and ended up with a beautiful loveseat and tv stand which perfectly fits my studio home. Thanks yal!!!

Buying furniture here was an amazing experience! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking. Our CSR, Sol, along with her manager, went above and beyond to help us. The pricing was already extremely competitive, but the outstanding service turned our purchase from a “maybe” into an immediate “yes.” 5 stars, will purchase here again!

Beware...DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. IT WILL BE THE WORST MISTAKE YOU'VE EVER MADE. 😒 Update...They will lie about willingly giving you a refund, even if it is within 24 hours, when you haven't received the merchandise. They will refuse to give a refund (if they do mention giving a refund, they take 20% of your money instead of a full refund). For example, if you put down $2000 and you change your mind about doing business with them, they take 20% of that for merchandise not received and that has to be ordered to get to you. This is almost all of your money they pocket for merchandise you do not want. Customer Sevices is horrible.

Don't buy here!!! I purchased a living room set in 2023. I paid $299 for the 5 year warranty, but did not receive the warranty paperwork and was instead advised this would be mailed by the sales person. The loveseat now has a hazardous, small nail sticking up on the top, back frame that pokes anyone who comes in contact with it. It cannot be nailed down. There is an adjacent, loose board under the nail. I contacted the store on 01/06/25 to inquire on repairs or a refund on this $299 warranty. The manager (Anjet) could not initially provide me with any warranty information, which led me to believe there is no real warranty company. He had no knowledge what warranty company is sold with their purchases but said he would research. The next day, the manager indicated that he was able to secure some paperwork and texted me. This document did not have my purchase information on it and I questioned its validity. The alleged warranty company (Complete Simplicity) has an invalid website, no email address and a questionable process. After contacting them, they identified themselves as Ultra Care in lieu of Complete Simplicity. The questions and responses to my claim were only rendered through text messaging. They lacked the basic knowledge needed when handling a claim. I was assured they would research my claim but received an immediately denial. They referred me back to the store. I have no faith that Complete Simplicity was a real company. I asked the store manager, to provide me with the manufacturer information and have yet to receive a response. I need a refund, repair or replacement. As an insurance claims adjuster myself, I expect a the store, warranty company and manufacturer to be disclosed upon request. I filed a BBB complaint not the store didn't respond. Next step, small claims court.
