Appliance Center

Do not have them install a dishwasher!! We have been customers since 1990 and they took off the shoe molding that was in front of the dishwasher and left these holes. They tried to say they were already there, but that is not true. Our previous dishwasher was installed before the flooring and was flush with the shoe. The manager Kevin is very rude, talked over me and hung up on me. I can’t believe they resort to lying and act like I don’t know what I’m talking about. And they split the wood inside my cabinet!

Customer service was great! Sherry was knowledgeable and friendly. She worked to find me the best deal for what I was looking for. The appliance center also has professionals to install appliances which is a huge advantage over other companies. Thank you!!

First let me start with the salesman. Andrew Dean he was exceptional. He was very professional knowledgeable, patient and very courteous. He took his time with us and he found everything that we wanted. I highly recommend him. As for the delivery guys, Wesley and Camron they gave me a window of 10 AM to 1 PM and they actually arrived a little bit after 10 AM which was amazing. They were very thorough, nice and courteous and took their time placing things and putting things together. They were the best and truly amazing. I rate this service a 5 star +++. My mom Elizabeth was very pleased.

Purchased a refrigerator and stove on Sunday delivered on Tuesday. Our buying experience was very good Missy B was very informative and helpful through the whole process. The delivery men were outstanding. Very professional and knowledgeable. They had to deliver to an older house and take doors off and put back on in cold weather. Andrew was the driver , did not get the other gentleman name, please convey to them our sincere appreciation for their efforts. You should give them a bonus!! You should be proud of the people you have working for your company! Great Ambassadors for Appliance Center, both Sales and Delivery services!! Well done! Thanks again

I had not been in the Maumee Location in awhile. The sales staff Missy, was very helpful in picking out a dining room table! I also notice the floor displays seemed so much nicer with appropriate accessories with each display. It gave a more high end furniture feel than the warehouse look it seemed to have in the past.
