WARNING! Terrible experience and they will not stand behind their warranty service. They delivered a new fridge and the doors were misaligned by over 1/2" Sent the delivery people out to fix. The could not fix. Sent a tech out with an attitude. Mud and water all over our foyer wood floor and kitchen tile. His fix was to place a large board behind the fridge and the back wall. He was snippy with my wife all the time and would not even look at the fridge, like the adjusting wheels. He stated "Let me tell you how this is going to go" to us, which at that point I told him to get out of our house. I proved to him the floor was completely level, yet he didn't want to even look at the level. Later we found that the fridge would not cool below 40 which is not cold enough. We tried everything, even setting the fridge to 0 and 33 which is the minimum it go. Still 40+ drgrees in the fridge. Later received a phone call from Mike Kelly, Mgr being very rude stating he would not replace nor repair the defective fridge. He taunted me by saying I should get a lawyer. In looking at their reviews, this is a standard line for him when dealing with customers. Their Yelp review is 1.8. Many complaints on the BB website and at the Ohio State Attroney Generals website. Before buying here, read the Yelp reviews from hundreds. Do not buy their extended 5-year warranty. They claim you will get all f the money back if no service calls. This is false and they lie. Most of these reviews here are from family and friends. They are not actual customers. You have been warned of their deceptive practices.

VERY personal and professional! I’m so excited to get my new stove! Kay and Mackenzie went ABOVE and BEYOND. This will be the place I purchase appliances, furniture from from now on!
View on GoogleJust a warning if you purchase the warranty to set a reminder for yourself to call for your store credit within 30 days from the end of the 5 years as there is no reminder from the store to apply for the credit they should return if you do not use the warranty. One less customer now.

Walked in before white lady the sales associate totally looked passed me and ignored me (lady supposed to come back today at 630 for washer dryer ) never greeted me or anything how I know she seen me I held the door open for the lady and her daughter she looked right passed me and walked towards the lady I walked around the store for about 10/15 minutes wanted to purchase grey set in the front (1849$) but i totally understand when im. Not wanted so that means my money is not wanted , there was a gentleman that came out the back with another gentleman they also walked right pass me , no service no greeting, an laughed with the lady about not helping me when I was leaving!! But it’s ok I will keep my $2000+ dollars that I was gonna spend and find somewhere that wants my business they are watching me in the parking as I write this and still had a chance to make it right and didn’t I totally get it Appliance Center Outlet
View on GoogleNothing happens by chance period !I I whole heartedly believe this amen .I knew the exact LG 4.3 washer that my wife wanted , Jeff the friendly confident sales associate helped me with this sale yesterday I was in and out of the store under 10 mins , excellent communication with texting for delivery for TODAY , the two strong, friendly and , professional gentleman arrived , they used excellent team work in removing the old washer they knew they had to removed the bathroom door for entry and did that with confidents without any arguing. once the LG 4.3 was installed they were very approachable to ask questions and explain in a way I could understand , I give my highest accolades to this 2 man team of Collin and Montonio , it was not by luck that they were sent to our home today it was by Gods awesome design ! , PS I am a retired health care professional after 47 years and prior Corpsman with USMC who made a living in customer service from all facets.
