My latex topper was shipped nearly three weeks after my order and arrived with no packing slip or invoice inside or on the box to verify the contents and the box was completely broken open—some tape on the edges could probably have prevented this. The topper itself was marked "N3" on the side with magic marker which matches the code on the site for the talalay latex I ordered (had to hunt this down), so hopefully that's what it is. I understand latex may have some imperfections like flaking, but I'm pretty surprised by the very irregular holes in large sections of the topper. Makes me wonder about quality control, on the other hand the actual sleep experience does seem good so far and their recommendation for the firmness level I was looking for was matched by what I received.

I purchased the 8" organic cotton zippered mattress encasement to fit 4 layers of 2" latex toppers. I was worried it would be too tight based on the insttuctions saying to really compress the latex down, but I had nothing to fret over because the encasement was quite roomy. The quilted pattern is a sensory delight to run my fingers over, and over and over. I had been using just a fittted sheet over my toppers and this is such an professional looking and feeling upgrade

I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with my new mattress. Thank you for having the core in the cover ready for me to add my 3" Dunlop topper and zip up. The mattress cover is so soft and was very easy to maneuver. I have neuropathy and rheumatoid arthritis, and was able to manage it on my own with a little extra time. The FedEx home delivery person did not deliver directly to my door as requested (even with an elevator in the building), but the manager delivered it with the maintenance dolly. I will probably order a medium Q topper later since I already have a topper cover from you, but I will wait to decide whether for a 2" or 3" Talalay in a softer firmness to top it off and as my budget permits. The firm Dunlop is just what I need for my size and side sleeping, so I am very pleased. Thank you again for the great product and service. We purchased a king size latex mattress from Ken based on his recommendations. The purchasing was a good experience and we were excited to be getting a new bed. Ken was great to work with until we received the mattress and set it up. Our top layer came defective and never laid flat. After just a couple of nights sleeping on it we noticed a hump in the center. We gave it a week to see if it would settle; it didn't, we contacted Ken who told us it must be our foundation, that latex always lays flat. We altered our foundation once, then again and saw no difference, so we replaced our foundation with one that is suggested on the web site, still no difference. Ken kept putting us off, blaming the foundation. It is not the foundation. We spent $1,700 on a mattress only to be strung along until the warranty ran out and now we are stuck with this. We purchased a new mattress because our 10 year old one was doing this. Now we have a newer mattress doing the same thing. I have to lift myself up to roll over out of the indentation. Your response to this post is typical..we sent photos and do not have a box spring. You keep trying to blame the foundation. Added the photos below as "proof". The issue has always been with the topper as illustrated by the photos. The 1st three photos show the how the mattress topper does not lay flat; it never has. The last photo shows the mattress with the topper off; it is almost completely flat. It looks to us that the issue is due to the center area on the topper that is glued together (king size). The area that is glued is higher than the both sides.
