I had the absolute BEST experience today at Mattress Firm Clearance Center Palm Glen—and it was all thanks to BARRY! From the moment I walked in, Barry made me feel like family. His energy is unmatched—so warm, genuine, and just a truly amazing human being. He didn’t just try to sell me a mattress; he listened to my needs, answered every question with patience and insight, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right fit. Barry went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident and comfortable with my decision. It’s rare to find customer service like this anymore. You can tell he loves what he does, and it shows in every interaction. If you’re even thinking about buying a mattress—run, don’t walk—to this store and ask for Barry. Trust me, you won’t regret it. Thank you, Barry, for making my day and reminding me that there are still great people out there who love helping others. You are a rock star! 🙌🛏️✨
View on GoogleI had a fantastic experience at Mattress Firm located at 3558 W Glendale Ave in Phoenix! Barry, the salesman, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the different mattress options. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made the entire shopping process smooth and stress-free. The delivery team was also top-notch—professional and punctual. From start to finish, the whole experience was seamless. I highly recommend purchasing from this location if you're in the market for a new mattress. Ask for Barry—you won’t be disappointed!
View on GoogleI went in to the clearance center twice ( to make sure it's what I wanted) and Barry helped me find a comfortable bed on sale without feeling pressured and arranged for it to be delivered and my old one removed (for an extra fee of course ). As a single person, I truly appreciated this service. Delivery men were on time, polite and set it up quickly. Only problem is my cat doesn't like it and won't sleep with me anymore. I don't smell anything but maybe she does.
View on GoogleMy wife and I came into the store and was greeted by a very friendly english gentleman by the Barry. He helped us make a educated decision on mattress specific to our support and pressure relief needs. Highly recommend seeing Barry.
View on GoogleI was looking for an adjustable queen frame to go with the mattress I had purchased from Mattress Firm a year ago! Oscar welcomed us and was the most gracious and helpful person ever! He was very knowledgeable and answered every question we asked! What a terrific young man! Thank you, Oscar for your kind attention to my purchase!
