Cat was amazing. She made me feel comfortable from the beginning. She was nice, thorough, and patiently answered all of my questions. It was very helpful trying out each of the mattress. I will ask for Cat again if I ever need anything. I am so excited about my new mattress!

I thought the store had a nice selection. And the person helping me “Chris “ was very knowledgeable about his product and did not make me feel like he was in a hurry Or that I had too many questions. He was very helpful. It was the first store I went to. I’m glad I didn’t have to run around to a lot of different stores. I would recommend people stopping here if they’re looking for a mattress. I’m glad they set it up in your house instead of just dropping it off at the curb.

We had such a great experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Chris. We came in looking at Purple mattresses and had a lot of questions, and he took his time explaining everything without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out is how hard he worked to get us the best deal he possibly could—he was upfront and did everything he could to make the numbers work for us, even knowing it meant less for him. That’s rare. Because of Chris, we left confident, excited about our purchase, and feeling like we were genuinely taken care of. If you want someone honest, knowledgeable, and truly customer-first, ask for Chris.

I was unsure as I walked into the building what type of service I would receive. I was probably greeted and was shown Select selections Related To what I was looking for. I was able to find a match for my needs and purchased it. I would’ve liked to see more options than what was currently available. However, Since I previously looked at a few different places, I was able to make an informed decision. My decision to rate this a four instead of a five was also due to some of the floor model mattresses being dirty. The worker that helped me was very kind, and pleasant to work with. I believe she could’ve looked a little more professional in her appearance.
