If you are using anyone else but Artisans, you are using the wrong company. Throughout the entire processs Renee and Alex were professional and answered my emails and questions promptly. The pattern process was simple. The entire process was seemless and I was kept up to date and in the loop on everything. Don't forget the custom matress protector and custom sheets. They literally fit like a glove. Could have not asked for a better company to work with throughout the purchase and process.

Andrew and Renee at Artisans Custom Mattress were the best to work with! We had two custom-sized Tempur-Pedic mattresses cut for our Sprinter Van. They sent samples (Tempur Adapt Medium and ProAdapt Medium) to help us decide before taking our order. And they were communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. The resulting mattresses perfectly fit our cover. We can’t recommend them enough!

Artisans Custom Mattress has excellent customer service. They even provide the manufacturers original mattress guarantee after they have customized the mattress for you!!! I have had several mattresses customized for unusual shapes (they customize the covers to fit too!), and they have exceeded my every need on time and priced as promised. I wish more customizing companies behaved like this one!!
