My wife and I just purchased a couch and loveseat from Ashley Furniture. Our sales rep Rachel was extremely helpful. She printed out the product details of our first real liked items for us on Sunday when we first started our search. We went to four other furniture stores looking for another product that we liked better. We decided that we liked the items from Ashley best and returned to purchase them. Ashley Furniture has a much larger selection then any of the other stores we visited. We highly recommend Ashley Furniture.

We walked into Ashley Furniture on Saturday looking for a chair and ottoman. My daughter and I were browsing for quite a while before Nate warmly greeted us and asked if anyone had helped us yet—I told him he just did! From that moment on, he was incredibly helpful. Nate went above and beyond by matching an ottoman to our existing living room furniture (purchased elsewhere), and it was a perfect match. A few days later, he helped me complete the purchase of the chair and ottoman we originally came in for. During the sale, Nate was multitasking like a pro—helping me, assisting a coworker, and answering the phone—all while keeping a smile on his face. He even price-matched the online pricing without hesitation. If you want top-notch service at Ashley Furniture, ask for Nate. I had Rachel as my sales person. She was very friendly, very informed about my different options. I really enjoyed working with her. If I have need to look for additional furniture in the future, I will definitely seek her help and go back to Ashley furniture for my choices. It was a great experience.
