I recently visited the store with the intention of purchasing the Barnsana sofa set and had the pleasure of working with Mark. He was exceptionally courteous, patient, and attentive throughout the process, creating a very comfortable and professional experience. What stood out was his willingness to thoughtfully accommodate pricing through a discretionary adjustment, reflecting both flexibility and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. The entire interaction felt seamless, respectful, and well-managed. It’s clear that a high standard of professionalism and customer care is upheld here. They also have a great selection on the floor, with lots of variety and noticeably good quality furniture. A truly well-run store with a strong sense of integrity.

We had a great experience with Duane when looking for and purchasing a new Bed and some new furniture. Duane was outstanding to deal with. My wife and I didn’t feel pressured at any point to buy which we appreciated greatly, and he took time to help us and we never once felt like he was rushing us and we always had his undivided attention. This is what a salesperson should be like. Highly recommend this store.
