We bought multiple pieces of furniture from here to furnish our new house. Misty and Valerie were both amazing in helping us through the process. When one of our ordered pieces was discontinued Misty provided above and beyond support to help us with a solution that was even better than our original plan! Highly recommend this store for its wonderful customer service.
View on GoogleNot impressed at all with the service that we have received in the past 2 MONTHS. We purchased a new bed in December. It came in in January. It was not even the correct size that we had ordered. When the delivery was made, they set up the bed sideways so that it did not fit on the base. They shoved the bed so close to the headboard that the adjustable base got caught while trying to go up. They drove through my garden when they were leaving my house. We had to stop INTO the store for them to finally get back to us after waiting 3 days with no call back (we do not live in town). When we walked in, the 3 employees were standing around talking. Paul came over to greet us. We explained the situation as he was one of the people we talked to on the phone about the mess up. He told us Misty could help us since she sold it to us. It was sitting in Misty's "To Fix" ticket folder. Then we got the right one ordered...had to wait another month for that one to come in and for them to "be in our area". Then they just dropped it off and left. They checked over nothing!! The adjustable base makes a HORRIBLE grinding noise when the base is laid flat. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Now we have to hassle with waiting to hear back and then having to wait again for them to be in the area to service it.
