We always go here when we need furniture. Customer service is not bad (used to be better, I think). I wish they would bargain a little bit with me like they used to when Pat used to work there as their manager. Now, they don't seem to care if you leave somewhere else. But in general they have good product for a decent cost. Our couches and table and even our bed sets came from here. Overall I'm happy, if they would bargain, they would of gotten 5 stars from me. Not sure if I'll come here anymore. I will probably try a different company.

I worked with Jerry Smith and it was a phenomenal experience. After explaining exactly what I wanted he took me to the best deal they currently had with my requested specifications. He set me up with the delivery and 5 year protection plan, delivery was smooth and easy. Absolutely stellar customer service, will be buying all my future furniture here.

Had a FANTASTIC experience picking out our couch here today! David Perrow helped us price check different couches to our liking with their Memorial Day deals and educated us on their protection plans which will be very well needed! Thanks to him we have our new couch right away with the rest ordered to get to us shortly!! easy peasy!!

Kari had great customer service! They had very reasonable prices for young family looking for quality furniture for the future. Great add on services to make me fell comfortably and lowering my risks. Like a return policy stain cleaner.

Salesman was nice and helpful we found multiple couches we liked In Sioux Falls that day but this one was the least expensive with the quickest shipping time, 2 weeks. So we decided to go with Ashley. After making the purchase and waiting they let us know 2 of our pieces were backordered and would be another 2 to 4 weeks out. We picked up the 2 pieces that came in on time...got home and unpacked them to find that one of the sections was crushed. We called immediately and they ensured us they would replace it and give us free delivery as a courtesy along with free delivery for the late sections. That was nice of them. All of the pieces arrived today but they sent the wrong section to replace the broken one so we have everything finally... except we still have a broken section... you can see it looks nice in the picture, the broken section is at least in the corner so its hard to tell but... its been alot...and honestly I'm tired and had wished we paid more to get a better couch from a different store that wouldn't have been broken and late but hopefully Ashley will straighten it all out and be better in the future. Started this whole thing on black friday...November 30th, we just now received the replacement for the broken section March 14. Originally was supposed to take a few weeks took months to get. Will not be buying from them in the future.
