My consultant Dylan was awesome! I was looking for a modular sofa since I’d previously ran into problems getting a full length sofa through my apartment door. Dylan was able to look up my history and help determine the right size that fit. While checking on my acct, he noticed my protection plans from previous purchases could be used as credit towards my new sofa. He was able to price match to the online amount and get the sofa delivered in one week while online gave an eta of 8-14 weeks. I have always been impressed with the quality of service at this location and will continue to be a returning customer.

We actually started at Ashley Furniture, then went to at least four other stores before realizing that was "the place". Nicole made the experience of buying new furniture easy and enjoyable. She made sure we had the best deal in town and took the time to answer all of our questions. She even beared with us while we sat on every single sectional again, just to make sure we had picked the best one 🙃.

The first time we went (about a month ago) we purchased two recliners. C.J. (Christopher) assisted us right away. He was very friendly and answered all of our questions. He was very helpful. Dylan did not assist in the final sale but was very friendly and was very willing to answer questions and to be of assistance. Both very awesome salesmen and personable. We just went back almost a week ago and purchased a sofa. C.J. also assisted in that sale. Again, he couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Dylan was also there again. He was again also very friendly and willing to offer assistance. Last but not least, they both were so patient and just nice all around guys. We will definitely be going there again to purchase any furniture in the future.

1 Star Review – Paid $470 for “Platinum” Warranty – Got Lies and No Service I purchased a mechanical power sofa with head and footrests from Ashley Furniture on April 29, 2023, and paid an extra $469.99 for the Guardian Platinum Protection warranty to cover mechanical failures. On March 3, 2026, the mechanism completely stopped working. Ashley filed claim #9270125 with Guardian. I spoke with James on March 11, explained it was a mechanical issue (not visible damage), and was told a technician would be sent with a callback in 2–3 days. Weeks of silence followed. They suggested a useless virtual inspection. Then the claim was closed with this false statement: “Guardian has attempted to send a technician… however, they have reported that you refused that service… your claim must now be closed.” This is a blatant lie. No one from Tri County Furniture Service ever called, emailed, or showed up. No appointment was ever offered. I never refused service — I was actively trying to get it fixed. I called Ashley again on March 18 and March 23. Each time the claim was re-closed with the same excuse. As of March 25, 2026, no supervisor has called back. My sofa remains unusable. I paid nearly $500 for protection and received nothing but runaround and fabricated excuses. Do NOT buy the Guardian Platinum plan — it’s worthless. Avoid this warranty and think twice about Ashley mechanical furniture. Extremely frustrated. Fix my sofa or replace it now.

I went in and was quickly greeted by Renee who asked what I was looking for. I explained my needs and she guided me to a couple options I may like. I then walked around by myself to see a few other options and then Renee found me again and asked if I had found anything else I liked. We spoke about a few of the options I had found and then she took down my number and let me know she would contact me if she saw anything come in that would fill my needs and handed me her card. Very helpful and I had an overall good experience.
