We purchased our new bed from Randy Mortland at Ashley. We took over an hour to make a decision and Randy was informative and very patient. We ended up exchanging our mattress two months later for a softer one and again Randy was very patient with us and handled all the paperwork of the exchange. We are very happy with our new bed and adjustable frames.

Super impressed with Khalid and our experience at Ashley Furniture. He gave us our space to explore furniture options, and also provided helpful information to help with the decision. He is amazing - we’ll seek him out for future purchases!

I was well overdue for a new mattress - not an exciting purchase but definitely needed! The sale guy that helped me was awesome! Very knowledgeable and not pushy at all! He told me to take my time, even gave me a pillow and told me to take a break and he’d be back to check on me. Great experience and I love my new mattress!

Had the pleasure of working with Teri M-H with purchasing a new bedvframe as well as a dresser. The bed frame was purchased in store and the transaction was seamless. I then decided a couple weeks after that I wanted the matching dresser to which she did an amazing job of taking care of me over the phone and making sure it came in the same delivery. Randy also helped me with purchasing a bed and an adjustable frame. Both of them were patient, kind and didnt make me feel like I had to make a purchase that minute. After writing me a quote, I went to two more stores were I quickly realized that Ashley had exactly what I wanted. Both of them got everything taking care of and now im waiting for the product to show!
