I would like to thank Ahmed Rasheed, the Home furnishing consultant, for being, quick, knowledgeable, and in depth with answering every question I had. He walked with me through the store and guided me to the exact type of sectional sofa that would fit my living space. I secured a beautiful 3 peice sectional with an ottoman for a nice deal. Transforming my house into a home.

I am giving 1 star only because the delivery team — Luis and Eduardo — were excellent. Everything else about my Black Friday experience was unacceptable. My husband and I came excited to buy furniture, but the way Jenny treated us completely ruined that excitement. At first, he explained the prices, delivery, and the $199 protection plan, and I told him clearly that I wanted the delivery and assembly service. But when I simply asked for a little more time to think, his whole attitude changed. He became impatient, rude, and started pressuring us. When he finally finalized our purchase, he handed me the copy of papers. I noticed right away that the delivery and assembly service I requested was NOT included. I told him immediately, and he still insisted that he had added it — even though he didn’t. Then he walked away in mid-conversation, leaving me standing there with no resolution. This behavior is completely unacceptable for any customer service setting. I had to go to another employee, Ahmed, who thankfully understood the issue and added the service for me. I appreciate his help, but the fact that I had to chase down another employee to correct a basic mistake speaks volumes about the lack of professionalism we experienced. I thank the delivery team again.

Nick Wellmann at the Eagan location was very helpful in my search for a new mattress and bedframe. He made the process quick and painless while also addressing any questions and concerns I had during the process. He was approachable and gave friendly customer service. He also gave recommendations without being pushy, which I appreciate.
