Stopped in with some very specific requests for what my wife and I were looking for. Mike Rufener provided us with excellent customer service and suggested options I hadn’t considered that made more sense and saved us money for our family needs. Mike went above and beyond, and it was greatly appreciated. He is now my go-to furniture guy, and we highly recommend him to anyone!

When I walked into Ashley, I had already been to two other big-name furniture stores and honestly felt completely overwhelmed. At the other stores, the salespeople were constantly approaching me even after I asked for some time and space to look around. I was staging two large homes at the time and really just needed a chance to get my bearings and figure things out. When I came into Ashley, I was greeted by Darrel, and he immediately understood exactly what I needed. He gave me space to get started without bombarding me, but was there the moment I needed help. He is truly the best salesperson I have ever worked with — incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and professional. I ended up furnishing both homes completely through Ashley using the white glove service, and Darrel was with me through every step of the process. He personally checked in on each order and even stopped by to see the finished homes. That level of care and customer service is rare to find. Darrel and Ashley Furniture will forever have my staging business. What a truly stand-up gentleman. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one.

Jerry in the Sleep shop was great to work with. Gave me a nice demo of mattresses and worked with me on getting a bed with adjustable base delivered in just two days. He carefully explained the return and delivery policies. He was so kind. It was important to me to have fast delivery for a family member who was coming home from the hospital and needed an adjustable bed for their recovery. Thanks Jerry.
