Our family recently moved from MA to SC and needed a new sectional for our home. Patrick at Ashley Furniture was fantastic to work with! He helped us pick the perfect sectional for our space and style. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy - just genuinely helpful, which we truly appreciated during such a busy transition. Shortly after we got settled, our father also moved to SC and needed all new furniture for his home. We had the pleasure of working with Patrick’s teammate, Heather, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind and caring, really taking the time to understand our dad’s elderly needs. She provided thoughtful information and guidance without ever being sales-focused. It meant so much to us to feel supported rather than pressured. From the sales floor to checkout to delivery and installation, the entire team at the Ashley Furniture in Bluffton, SC was polite, professional, clean, and a joy to work with. Anthony Floyd was absolutely amazing from the beginning to end. He greeted my mother and I when we walked in, asked us what we were looking for, and directed us where we needed to be. He answered all our questions and more. He was such a big help!!! I also loved the recliner that I got. Absolutely amazing experience and super fast!! Will be back and asking for him!

We worked with Bernard, he was very attentive, professional, and knowledgeable of the products, and helped my husband and I purchase the living we wanted with no pressure sales. We bought over 11,000 dollars worth of furniture and were suckered in to buying a 400 dollar warranty, DONT BUY IT. Filed a claim for cracking and loose threads on the leather loveseat and furniture care warranty company said we don't cover that. Well what to hell is the warranty for. We were told when purchasing the warranty they covered everything. I'm 70 years old and hate to be lied to and taken advantage of. Ashely's you should be ashamed !
