Sleep Number

We recently visited the Sleep number showroom in Bluffton, SC. We were greeted by a wonderful sales associate named Claudia. She was very professional and friendly ( cute personality) She explained the different beds in detail. We are very pleased with our visit and our new bed so far!

BUYER BEWARE!! We purchased our sleep number bed 10/21 at a cost of $9,877. The first few years the bed was great. Year 3 the bed started breaking down. In February we removed the cover and the entire foam mattress has split-down the side. My wife has had 5 back surgeries and now we are sleeping on a futon. We purchased this bed to help her back. We have called sleep number customer service 4 times! If you want a service person to come look at it, it will cost you an additional $190.00. They will send you a video on how to install it yourself. We paid them $370.00 for the fix and they charged our card immediately. It has been 1-1/2 weeks and still no tracking number or any resolve to our problem. We just keep getting pushed around. For the $9,877 we paid, I would think they would back their beds! When you buy your bed the sales people, have you believe you will never have a problem. When you purchase the bed be sure to look at the mattress, it is just thick foam. Please take it from us, check the warranty and the fine print before spending this amount if money. We are very disappointed in this company. I hope this will help someone else. See pictures. Do you think a mattress for this price should fall apart like this for $9,877.00 after only 4 years and 2 months??!!!!! Experience was amazing! From the very start when NATHAN held the door open for me! His knowledge of Sleep Number, every phase was wonderful! He knew what I needed, let me make the decision, was not pushy and made the entire experience a delight! Payment was expedited and even at the end , after I got home called to tell me they had moved up the delivery date by 22 days! Brilliant ! Can’t wait to sleep in my new bed!!!! Nathan is a great employee and I will recommend him to friends and family!

My wife and I walked into the store this morning after doing some homework on mattresses via Consumer Reports and were pleasantly surprised how much knowledge Nathan their sales associated had on all available products. Nathan actually walked us through an entire demonstration of different mattresses with the ease of a true expert on the products with tested. He’s a true professional who knows how to provide outstanding customer service and advice! We highly recommend Nathan if you’re interested in a new mattress.

Stacey is a fantastic salesperson! She took her time explaining and demonstrating all of the benefits of the Sleep Number bed. No pressure in sales approach, friendly and helpful! Looking forward to a good night's rest when our bed arrives! I'd recommend her to anyone!
