Ashley Store

We purchased a very nice living room set from Ashley Furniture in Sumter. When selecting the set, our Sales Associate, Kiersten, did an amazing job. She took all the time we needed, showing us many different sets and explaining the features of each. When we selected a set in a color that was on back order she fully explained when we could expect to receive the set. I called occasionally to make sure we were still on track and store management thoroughly explained the status and kept me up to date on the manufacture and delivery of our set.. The white glove delivery went flawlessly and we love our new furniture! A 5 star experience all around!

From the moment i pulled in the parking lot, I was hooked! The new signage out front looks great! Inside was just as great! Can't forget my favorite part.......LISA!!! Lisa was simply amazing!!! Smiling, listener, communicator, caring, concerned for my needs. Lisa is becoming a real expert at her craft! Dealt with her in the past and that experience was great. This one was so great too!!!! but I could tell that Lisa had been learning more and more to get better! That's dedication!!! Thank you Lisa! And thank you to staff and management.......David and Josh. Great men!

It was an absolutely great experience to get our first furniture in Sumter from Ashley. The people here are nice and very welcome. They are very helpful to find the right things you need. Competitive price. Luckily, we came in the right time when they had sales on almost everything. We got a bedroom set, couch, and purple mattress, and we are so satisfied 😌

I went to Ashley and had the most dope experience. Kayla helped me out. She was welcoming, just the sweetest and very outgoing. Super helpful and informative with any questions I had. I definitely will come back to do business with Kayla. I will recommend my family and friends to go see her.

Big shout out to Lisa Walther, You are amazing. I appreciate you so much for turning my bad experience with “Freedom Furniture” not allowing us to exchange our broken couches into a great experience here at Ashely’s. I was so worried I would not have a place to sit with my family for weeks. She went out of her way knowing the situation we were in and asking her manager if we could leave with a couch today. So glad the manager understood our situation and allowing us to take a piece home today. Thank you Lisa and manager for the great customer service. Go see her y’all. She also has a great sense of humor and was willing to help us with all the numbers and figuring out the best budget for us. We are definitely pleased with this store, Lisa and the nice employees. So happy I can go home and sit on a couch that will last.
