Sleep Number

We had a very good experience here buying a KCM10 king-size mattress. We had done some online research of different mattresses, and admittedly had some trepidation about what we might encounter in an actual store. We needn't have worried: Miss Ashley Sordelet helped us, providing forthright, honest evaluations of what we'd originally asked about (we double-checked the info she provided and it was accurate). She ably helped us evaluate some options, and we ended up buying one. The mattress has been great too! The first night I really did sleep better (95/100 setting for me) and for the 1st time in YEARS I didnt have back & hip pain upon waking up. We hadn't bought any mattresses in some years, and this was more than we'd ever spent, but it has proved to be well worth it. We can also report that the delivery team did a great job as well. They showed up precisely when they said they would, removed the outer plastic wrap on the front porch to "keep from bringing any dirt into the house"- a thoughtful touch; and then ably & carefully maneuvered the mattress up a 90° narrow flight of stairs(150 year-old house) without scratching the wall once. They then plugged in and set up the mattress, and took the time to demonstrate it's operation and ensure we were comfortable with using it. Their courtesy, professionalism and thoughtfulness reflected well on them and on Sleep Number. We can honestly and enthusiastically recommend Sleep Number in Ft. Wayne as an excellent source of value and satisfaction.

Kevin was very helpful in explaining the features of different mattresses I tried out. He was professional and patient. The delivery drivers, Jay and Josh, carefully set up my new bed. I am very pleased with this business's service and highly recommend them.
