I had a great experience working with Amina at Ashley Furniture. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of finding the perfect sectional. She really listened to what I was looking for and made thoughtful recommendations without ever making me feel pressured. Amina made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel easy and enjoyable. Her professionalism and friendly attitude truly stood out, and I’m so happy with my purchase. I would absolutely recommend asking for her if you’re shopping for furniture!

Bought a couch online and had it delivered to my home in Lafayette, IN. During drop-off, the delivery team damaged a corbel bracket on my porch awning. That was frustrating enough, but what happened after is the REAL problem. The manager I spoke with told me TWICE, across two separate calls, that a contractor would come out, remove the piece, and have it remade from scratch. What I actually got was someone showing up two weeks later and gluing the broken piece back with epoxy. It's still broken. It would still get flagged in a home inspection, which would lower my property value. When I raised this with the GM, she offered me $25. The problem with that number is that the bracket would need to be custom made to match my home. These aren't off-the-shelf pieces. Even without a custom design, you're looking at $100+ or more before labor. The contractor she's basing that quote on couldn't even perform the repair he was sent to do, so it's hard to take his estimate seriously. I've been patient and professional throughout all of this. But between the broken promise on the repair, the lowball offer, and the general sense that they're hoping I just drop it... I can't recommend this store. If something goes wrong with your order or delivery, don't expect much follow-through. NOTE: I've reached out to corporate and even emailed the CEO to loop them in. The GMs downplaying the cost of repairs on purpose, so I either have one of two options: A) hope the CEO is able to help me resolve the issue... or B) take them to small claims court and sue them. Unfortunately, it's looking like it'll need to be the latter. Either way, they're going to be paying for the repairs.

I haven’t always had the best experience with Ashley Furniture in other locations. But new town, new store, so I decided to give it a go. I am so glad I did. Madison is an amazing associate. She is super nice and helpful. Very accommodating with the situation I had come up. She was also extremely helpful when there was some confusion during the delivery process. MADISON NEEDS A RAISE!!!

We had such a wonderful experience purchasing furniture here, best part over the phone from our couch. Amina was such a great person to work with over the phone. We simply wanted to purchase a loveseat and recliner that matched our couch (same collection!) and she made it happen. She even priced matched from Star Furniture’s price. She explained everything well and answered our questions. I would definitely recommend Ashley Furniture to family and friends (maybe even ask for Amina!!) Excellent service!!!
