Donna was super helpful! I called in today to order a mattress for my daughter. Donna is going to have the mattress and box spring delivered in just over two weeks from now and remove the old set! I ordered the Serenity Latex mattress set for my daughter. My husband and I ordered the same mattress in king size in late February of this year and got it in the beginning of March. We love it! It keeps you cool and does not get hot like our old Tempurapedic mattress did, which we cut up and put out in bags with the trash. The mattress is very comfortable, and we sleep very well on it. We make sure that we follow the flipping and turning schedule. Thank you, Donna.

Donna really came through for me today. I called her this evening and asked her to order a mattress cover for the mattress I ordered for my daughter, which will be delivered this Saturday. She was able to place the order and get it included for the scheduled Saturday delivery. Donna is a godsend. Thank you, Donna.

We recently moved to Haymarket, Virginia from the Cleveland, Ohio area. We loved our mattress from The Original Mattress Factory in Ohio and when it was time to replace it, instead bought from a fundraiser at our local high school. The mattress was okay, but I really missed the one from OMF. We were so pleased to discover that there was an OMF in Fredericksburg and decided to stop in. We bought not only the mattress and box spring (orthopedic luxury firm) but a cottage arch white headboard and frame! It's been about two weeks and we love love love it!!
Donna, our sales representative, was so helpful from the first phone call to the showroom to the writing up the order and confirming when it would be delivered. She is very knowledgeable and an asset to ORM! The delivery crew called before delivery, was on-time, and very careful when moving the pieces into our condo and setting the up the bed.
Thank you OMF for great service from start to finish!!

Original Mattress had exactly what I needed when looking for a box spring that would fit my 30+ year old custom bed—AND for a very reasonable price! The store manager, Donna was very helpful. I wish I knew about that store sooner! The delivery guys were wonderful too. They removed the old box spring, unpacked the new one, and placed it over the bed frame to ensure everything fit. While they were there, they admired my two classic pinball machines that were in the room—I told them they are welcome to come by anytime to play them.

We received outstanding service from Donna! My husband and I came into the store right at closing hoping to quickly assess the selection of mattresses. We did not want to keep them past closing, but Donna went above and beyond to not just show us the selection of mattresses , but also took the time to educate us on the differences between The Original Mattress Factory and other manufacturers. We were not only impressed with the mattresses themselves, but with the level of product knowledge and Donna's willingness to spend time past scheduled hours to help us make a selection. We ended up purchasing a mattress set and pillows and can't wait to have them delivered! You definitely have a five star team member in Donna and we can't wait for our five star mattress!!

Update: our mattress was just delivered and it’s amazing! Absolutely what we needed. The delivery guys were wonderful and took our old mattress away. Made getting a new mattress so much easier since we didn’t have to have someone come remove the old one. Thank you to both the wonderful lady at the store as well as to the delivery team
My husband and I went there day before last and Donna was so helpful. It was the first time we’d gone mattress shopping in quite some time, and she explained everything so well. This was our first stop, and it was also our last. Our delivery is set for the 28th or sooner. Really grateful she was able to help us make our choice. Great experience and customer service, highly recommend stopping here first if you’re mattress shopping.
