I purchased a dining table from Ashley Furniture at the Fairfax, VA location, and it has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had. After assembling the table (which only required attaching the legs), I discovered the table does not close properly. I immediately contacted the store, but they directed me to corporate and offered no help. I even requested a video call to check if the issue was a technical problem or a damaged piece, but instead of support, I received an email saying that because I assembled the table myself, they “can’t do anything.” This is unacceptable. I spent nearly $800 on this table, threw away my old working one, and now I’m stuck with a damaged table sitting in my dining area that I cannot even use. The lack of accountability and customer service is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone—poor quality product and absolutely terrible service.

I want to give a shout out to Dominic at this location! Came in on a Saturday, ordered the new loveseat on Sunday, by Friday it was delivered. What amazing service Dominic provided to us. He made ordering a breeze and got our beautiful new loveseat super fast (omg it's so nice!!! I'm in love!). Thank you Dominic! If you're looking for furniture, stop by the Fairfax location and ask for him. I promise he'll give you the best shopping experience. Delivery was amazing too. Well done Ashley Furniture!

Sales person was helpful. Good selection and scheduled delivery date is quick. My only suggestion is to be ADA compliant at you Fairfax store since there were only stairs to the second floor showroom. I had to send pictures and my personal review to my wife who was on the first floor since she can't navigate stairs due to a disability.

I was greeted immediately by a very nice and helpful sales woman. She understood exactly what I was looking for and led me right to it. Thank you very much. I did not get her name but would highly recommend her.

We received professional and knowledgeable customer service from salesperson Hassan. He went above and beyond to ensure we got the best deal and the right choice for our purchase. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
