We recently purchased our living room furniture from Ashley Furniture in Johnstown and couldn't be happier with the experience! Sean was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. (I kept changing my mind every 2 seconds!) Every question was answered, and we never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. The customer service was outstanding, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. It's refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about helping customers find the right fit for their home. Oh, and the entire staff loves dogs, we all shared our pictures! You can even take your furry friend into the store! (maybe next time)😍 If you're shopping for furniture, I highly recommend asking for Sean. My son and I had stopped in the store. I really wasn’t planning on buying anything. Tiffani approached us. She had a sweet bubbly friendly attitude and was so much fun. It honestly felt as if I was shopping with a friend. She was very knowledgeable of the products and the financing. I was going to purchase with cash then decided to take advantage of the financing. She even had my credit limit raised to meet my needs. Honestly speaking from a corporate level I don’t understand why this girl is not executive level or at the bare minimum training and find talent just like her. What ever she is paid she deserves a raise or a hell of a bonus. She was amazing. The store was closing for the day and she stayed to ensure everything was taken care of.

Jami at the Johnstown location was incredibly helpful! Got us exactly what we wanted and got us in and out of the store super quickly. Couldn’t have gone better.

Roxanne was such a great help when buying my new furniture today. She actually listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect set. She answered all my questions and made it such a smooth buying experience.

Tifanie was amazing! Very kind, friendly, personable and helped with some difficulty in walking through the store. That went the extra mile for me. She sold me a beautiful bedroom set and the price was very reasonable. I've used Ashley in the past, that's why I went back. Great prices and excellent service.
