Just purchased a new bed. All the staff here is friendly especially the lady who helped us find the perfect bed. Kailyn O helped us and as someone who works in customer service she was the perfect woman for the job! She gave us all the info we needed so we knew what we were getting. She is an asset to the team! So thankful we came here for our couch last year and now out bed. They definitely have a lifetime customer here!!! We appreciate you Kailyn! Great experience.

I visited the Ashley store on McKnight Road after seeing a few pieces I liked online. I had a vision of what I wanted but wasn't sure I'd find a sectional and a sofa in matching material or in a style I would love. Richard Berdy greeted me when I walked in and was professional, helpful, and never pushy. He helped make the process easy and enjoyable, and I ended up purchasing the same day. I found a couch at the online Ashley store, but preferred to work with a real person. I worked with Kristin who was absolutely fabulous and kind! The online store price was less expensive than the in store showroom price, and they matched it! I was able to get a great couch for half the price of in store cost. Highly recommend working with Kristin!
